Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for Business Process Improvement with hands-on Power Platform automation experience. The role requires onsite presence near O Fallon, MO with W2 contract terms.

You will map, design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS 365 to optimize operations and governance processes. You will work with process owners to define triggers, rules, approvals and outputs, producing clear documentation and SOPs.

• Proven ability to design and optimize BPM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current workflows to identify repetitive manual tasks.
• Design automated solutions using Power Platform to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with process owners to capture triggers, inputs, rules, approvals and outputs.
• Document requirements, processes, and SOPs; prioritize opportunities by value and effort.
• Build, test and deploy automations with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Connect MS 365 tools with other platforms as needed.
