You will partner with stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor junior analysts while shaping recommendations aligned with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, performance metrics, and guiding project teams on process improvements for mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading small teams or managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex business process analysis to identify areas for efficiency, cost savings, and performance improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations and present findings to leadership.
• Develop and track performance metrics to assess effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to deliver process improvement projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the advancement of best practices in business analysis.
