Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis or systems analysis.
• 3+ years in process improvement and optimization.
• Experience documenting processes using BPMN or a similar method.
• Strong understanding of data flows and system interactions.
• Experience working with engineering, product, sales, operations, and other business units.
• Strong experience in process mapping in Visio and swim lanes.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current-state business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document data flows across systems, integrations, and teams.
• Define data inputs, outputs, transformations, and ownership.
• Create diagrams such as flowcharts, swim lanes, and data models.
• Translate business processes into functional requirements and user stories.
• Partner with business unit designees to clarify requirements and edge cases.
• Support system design, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and validate requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to produce artifacts from requirements.
• Act as a bridge between non-technical and technical teams.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support change management and documentation updates.
