Redwood Credit Union seeks a Business Efficiency Analyst III to drive efficiency initiatives across the organization. You will combine process analysis with Lean principles to design end-to-end processes, gather requirements, and partner with leadership to implement improvements that positively impact Members and staff.

As a senior analyst, you will lead cross-functional projects, mentor teammates, and build business cases with finance partners.

Formación

• Knowledge of process management techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of process modeling notation, value stream mapping, and workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of project management techniques.
• Ability to act independently and make quick decisions.
• Ability to build business cases and quantify benefits with Finance and business partners.
• Ability to lead change management efforts so process improvements are adopted and sustained.
• Knowledge of current business analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of multiple SDLCs, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to manage, develop, and implement technology related projects.
• Ability to work weekends and late nights when needed.
• Ability to interact and communicate with outside vendors.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people.
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with both onshore and offshore vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Model the end-to-end processes needed to achieve strategic goals.
• Determine gaps in process performance by researching current state.
• Develop proposals to close performance gaps with stakeholders.
• Build business cases for efficiency initiatives with cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
• Maintain the efficiency project portfolio and prioritize initiatives by impact and feasibility.
• Conduct observations and interviews to gather information on as-is processes.
• Partner with data team to gather quantitative information.
• Lead workshops to document end-to-end processes, pain points, and outcomes.
• Use Lean principles to provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Document to-be processes and partner with leadership to implement.
• Develop success metrics and monitoring procedures for quantified benefits.
• Identify technology gaps and automation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional improvement events from problem to control (DMAIC/Kaizen).
• Elicit requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Use feedback to develop requirements for public-facing processes and technology.
• Analyze requirements and define success criteria and KPIs.
• Manage requirements across Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Serve as lead analyst on larger cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Train staff on processes and efficiency.
• Participate in community events.
