Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years in process improvement, business analysis, and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on process optimization and cross-functional alignment.
• Document current processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and shape long-term operational roadmaps.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives with material business impact across departments.
• Build and maintain relationships at various levels within the credit union.
• Improve member experiences and service quality through process improvements and automation.
• Apply process mapping, flowcharts, lean and six sigma to enhance performance.
• Co-lead workshops and Kaizen events.
• Support development of process measurement models and track performance metrics.
• Analyze data to measure process performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Assist Servicing Operations to test and document process controls and KPIs.
