Job summary

Redwood Credit Union seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to proactively identify risks, evaluate controls, and conduct regulatory analyses. The role involves guiding the Compliance team, developing action plans, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements across products and processes.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial regulation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects including training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical/problem solving abilities used to identify risks and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting analysis to management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory changes and assess applicability to the credit union.
• Develop and manage compliance programs and training.
• Oversee Compliance Analyst(s) and coordinate with departments on legal requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyses for Compliance management and Board presentations.
