Job summary

Credit Union West is seeking an IS Systems Analyst III to enhance member and staff experiences through complex data analysis and optimized processes. You will partner with multiple departments to leverage technology, prioritize projects, and drive efficiency for core banking systems.

The role focuses on analysis, monitoring, and implementing solutions across business units, with emphasis on communication and proactive problem solving within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of Information Systems experience in financial institution preferred. Power-On experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex data analysis on various business and system processes, using advanced techniques to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Partners with departments to communicate capabilities and identify efficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitors and maintains systems and automation; coordinates with staff to minimize service impacts; troubleshoots issues and implements solutions.
• Leads and participates in project teams, prioritizes tasks, and provides status updates to management.
