Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or project analyst in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and coordination of day-to-day activities for a program or portfolio.
• Assists with business case, requirement reviews, gap analysis and feasibility studies.
• Finalizes project plans with stakeholders and tracks delivery.
• Gathers, reviews and analyzes data requirements for projects.
• Writes requirements and obtains approvals from stakeholders and end users.
• Reviews functional requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Prioritizes requirements and creates prototypes or mock-ups.
• Collaborates with Technology, Product and Operations Management to prioritize deliveries.
• Leads teams of analysts to deliver on-time, quality system enhancements.
• Performs risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Produces project status reports and post-project reviews.
• Understands regulatory requirements and bank environment.
• Implements best practices for communication and problem-solving.
