Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Business Process Senior Manager (REMOTE) to drive end-to-end product delivery across process towers. You’ll design and harmonize business processes, align them with global controls, and partner with business leaders to identify improvements.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping blueprints, coordinating IT delivery, training, KPI development, and risk management across integrations. Travel 10-25% is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 10+ years of project delivery and accounting experience in a multinational company.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for projects within assigned process tower.
• Understand and create user stories for assigned products or areas.
• Plan, execute and prepare user requirements for projects in assigned areas.
• Provide expertise on continual process improvement and document business processes.
• Update and enhance documentation with SMEs and process owners.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and site counterparts on user acceptance testing.
