Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to lead operational excellence initiatives across multi-site facilities management. You will design scalable processes, governance models, and reporting tools to reduce costs and improve client outcomes.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to drive cross-functional programs in a remote, travel-enabled environment. A minimum of 8 years in related fields is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process improvement or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-level improvement initiatives in complex, multi-site service environments.
• Strong financial acumen, business analytics capability, and KPI framework development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, Technology, and Account Management.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives to improve service delivery, productivity, quality, and scalability.
• Assess current-state operations, identify gaps, and design future-state processes, SOPs, playbooks, and governance structures.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methods to redesign processes.
• Standardize best practices across sites and regions with cross-functional leaders.
• Design executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for visibility into performance across multiple domains.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support quarterly reviews, forecasting, and governance.
