Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Senior Director in Business Process Management to drive end-to-end processes for operational effectiveness. You will optimize performance, influence strategies, and oversee complex initiatives across the enterprise, delivering measurable business benefits and seamless change management.

You will lead, coach, and develop teams while partnering with business leaders to align resources and goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma and Agile experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in operations and leadership.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and manage change.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational strategies aligned with goals.
