Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement/operational excellence or transformation.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis and performance measurement experience.
• Advanced analytics with large, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across functions.
• Experience in process-driven environments (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, or shared services) welcomed.

• Analyze and improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping techniques.
• Lead process improvement projects from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
• Evaluate large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement recommendations.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate workshops, document current and future-state processes, and support change adoption.
• Drive implementation of technology-enabled process enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes through clear storytelling and executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement.
• Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma tools, process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process change across multiple business functions.
