Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced professional to lead process improvement and risk management initiatives within financial services. You will map current-state processes, design internal controls, and ensure governance alignment.

The role requires BPMN 2.0 expertise and Six Sigma/Lean credentials, plus strong communication. You will drive KPIs, mentor teams, and scale best practices across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years in financial services, risk, or process improvement.
• Ability to document processes in BPMN 2.0 with precision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and align with regulatory and compliance standards
• Interview SMEs and managers to understand current processes
• Assess risks, gaps, and control weaknesses and elevate risk-related issues
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls
• Document and map current-state processes using BPMN 2.0 tools
• Drive future-state process design and maintain governance documentation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using best practices
• Support change management, training, and implementation of process changes
• Champion process excellence by reducing costs, cycle time, errors, and risk
• Develop and monitor KPIs/KRIs and other operational metrics
• Execute process re-engineering projects across Institutional Services lines
• Adhere to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards and address audit findings
• Complete other related duties as assigned
