TIAA in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned process improvement professional to lead analytics and implementation of efficiency initiatives across business units. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify needs, quantify value, and drive sustainable changes with executive-ready communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in process improvement or management consulting, Lean and Six Sigma certifications, and strong MS Office data skills. A SAFe or agile background is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, management consulting, or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience working autonomously, managing complex workstreams, tracking and reporting metrics, and presenting results to senior and executive leadership
• 3 years of experience applying process improvement and change management methodologies, including Lean principles and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio, with the ability to build compelling executive-ready presentations and data visualizations
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification such as SA, SP, SSM, or equivalent, or substantial experience leading or supporting delivery within SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification or equivalent applied experience leading data-driven process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies

• Conducts process improvement analyses to identify upgrades aligned with business unit goals
• Implements complex process enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness
• Partners with functional teams to discuss needs for improvements and strategize solutions
• Reviews diagnostics to quantify and prioritize value creation projects
• Implements process enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness
• Ensures smooth transition to new programs and solutions across the organization
• Uses metrics to demonstrate impact of implemented changes
• Coaches and mentors lower-level professionals
