Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting.
• Experience in retirement operations and recordkeeping.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Leads initiatives from assessment through stabilization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building business cases and value realization metrics.
• Financial services/retirement industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostics to identify efficiency, quality, capacity, and risk opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and develop practical future-state solutions.
• Partner with operational leaders to implement improvements and drive adoption.
• Eliminate non-value-added activities, bottlenecks, and unnecessary complexity.
• Own initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and realization.
• Develop data-informed recommendations balancing customer impact and feasibility.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and change-management techniques as appropriate.
• Conduct process assessments and current-state evaluations across functions.
• Facilitate redesigns to simplify work and improve controls and experiences.
• Establish measures and controls to sustain improvements post-implementation.
• Embed continuous improvement capabilities within day-to-day operations.
