Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer / Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of process engineers in PCB assembly manufacturing. You will define fabrication methods, supervise equipment qualification, and drive yield improvements while ensuring quality conformance and on-time delivery.

In this role you will collaborate across engineering, quality, and operations, applying cross-functional leadership to optimize processes and cost effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree required; Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Manufacturing focus acceptable.
• 3+ years in a lead engineering or supervisor role.
• Experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of process engineers supporting production processes.
• Define and implement manufacturing methods for PCB assemblies.
• Analyze yield and SPC data; drive corrective actions.
• Prepare project plans and ensure timely execution.
• Guide equipment installation and qualification of new capital equipment.
• Collaborate with production managers to meet quality and capacity goals.
• Ensure processes comply with ISO9001/AS9100 and drive cost improvements.
