Job summary

Creation Technologies in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Engineering 1 to join our manufacturing services team. This entry‑level role focuses on executing moderately complex engineering tasks to create, configure and optimize PCBAs and box assemblies under supervision.

You will support process readiness, document manufacturing steps, assist with new product introductions, and participate in continuous improvement with the engineering group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with electronics/manufacturing focus.
• New graduates or candidates with up to 4 years in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, Lean, Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Support documentation of processes and procedures with accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet specifications.
