You will apply engineering principles to improve yield, efficiency, and cost, while ensuring ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance, equipment qualification, and successful execution of capital projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifikationen

• BS Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Manufacturing) or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in lead engineering or supervisor role.
• Experience in PCBA environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead process engineers to support and develop production processes.
• Provide technical support and define manufacturing methodologies.
• Analyze yield and SPC data; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project plans and manage time-critical execution.
• Guide engineers on capacity, cost reduction, and tech advancement.
• Ensure ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance.
