Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineering Supervisor to lead a team focused on production processes for PCB manufacturing in Connecticut.

You will drive process development, yield improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100. Responsibilities include directing tooling, capital equipment qualification, and cross-functional collaboration with quality, operations, and engineering to meet customer requirements and cost targets.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience leading process engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving with SPC/data analysis.
• Experience with PCB manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tooling and process development to prevent production delays.
• Create development plans to drive career growth for engineering staff.
• Coordinate with engineering manager on capital equipment needs.
• Support production managers with engineering requirements and constraints.
• Oversee installation and qualification of new capital equipment.
• Drive process capacity, capability, and cost-reduction initiatives.
