Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and focus on electronics/manufacturing.
• New graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of engineering support experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and drawings effectively.
• Knowledge of IPC, Lean, and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure process readiness of manufacturing processes, including equipment and tooling, while maintaining safety standards.
• Assist with documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of products to maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and third-party partners to achieve objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction.
