Job summary

Artha Nexgen in California is seeking a Senior NPI / Process Engineer to serve as SME for PCB manufacturing and electronic assembly. You will lead and mentor engineering teams to boost process performance, quality and efficiency across manufacturing operations.

You will apply Six Sigma/Lean, drive NPI from prototype to production, design DOEs, optimize layout, and collaborate with customers and suppliers while ensuring QMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, SMT and electronic assembly processes.

This role requires a seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in process engineering, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies, and New Product Introduction (NPI). Requirements:

• Onsite role (remote or hybrid not available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, process engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and electronic assembly processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
