Creation Technologies International is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead and optimize engineering processes for CCAs and box assemblies at our New York site. The role drives continuous improvement, mentors engineers, and ensures safe, compliant operations while meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong electronics manufacturing background, 10+ years in the field, with at least 3 years in leadership, and a proven track record of implementing lean and Six Sigma

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with electronics/manufacturing focus.
• 10+ years in electronics manufacturing with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Aerospace/Defense and/or medical manufacturing experience for AD/Medical sites.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams across their discipline: foster collaboration, set clear goals, and mentor team members to enhance skills.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes.
• Follow the NPI framework to launch new products with cross-functional support.
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Oversee training and professional development of engineering staff to maintain industry relevance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations across operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to align objectives and capabilities.
• Plan and manage engineering CAPEX and OPEX budgets; forecast needs and control expenditures.
• Lead integration and stabilization of new process technologies across production lines.
