Job summary

Creation Technologies LP in Wisconsin is seeking an intermediate-level engineer to support the setup, readiness, and optimization of manufacturing processes for CCAs and box assemblies, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will apply electronics manufacturing knowledge, work with BOMs, MES/PLM systems, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams, reporting to Engineering Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Up to 7 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure process readiness of manufacturing processes, including equipment and tooling, with emphasis on safety.
• Demonstrate understanding of electronics principles and manufacturing services processes.
• Execute engineering projects and prototype work while ensuring quality standards and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and support NPI/ECO processes with cross-functional teams.
• Document manufacturing processes and procedures with accurate records.
