Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a technically proficient leader to guide engineering teams on major projects in Greenville, SC. You will support the Project Manager, drive performance against cost and schedule, and ensure client satisfaction with minimal supervision.

The role demands 5+ years of engineering and project management experience, PE and PMP are preferred, and you will coordinate with multiple disciplines to deliver robust engineering documents and review processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Knowledge and application of company standards and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments.
• Understand engineering, procurement and construction processes.
• Coordinate with client and project team on technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Inform PM of technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Controls on execution issues.
• Assist PM in managing budgets, schedule, and scope changes with timely reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables and inter-discipline coordination.
• Lead design review of model and ensure clash resolution and discipline consistency.
• Maintain overall quality control of engineering work.
