Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Process Engineer III to lead end-to-end process improvements, using Lean Six Sigma and change management to drive standardization and efficiency across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable future-state processes and mentors others in DMAIC/DFSS methodologies.

Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years in process engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC/DFSS or equivalent) required.
• Professional certifications such as CBPP and CMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process improvement efforts using Six Sigma/LEAN to analyze current state and define future state opportunities.
• Integrate change management and training to drive standardization and alignment across SCCU.
• Analyze data with statistical techniques to support re-engineering objectives and design future state processes for scalable operations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence principles to identify opportunities, manage projects, and train team members.
• Motivate cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste.
