Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements.
• Experience with process mapping (SIPOC, swimlanes, value stream mapping) and identifying gaps.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive insights from metrics.
