Job summary

You will partner with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to reduce friction, increase capacity, and embed improvements into day-to-day operations, ensuring sustainability and governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years of experience establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework: inventory, taxonomy, governance.
• 2+ years of experience using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized measurement.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation approach.
• Ensure updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create visual representations of current-state processes to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design future-state processes that streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, cybersecurity, and operations teams to scale improvements.
• Drive change adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in for smooth implementation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including flow diagrams and change control artifacts.
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes for ongoing effectiveness and agility.
