Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process improvement using Six Sigma/LEAN and modeling to analyze current state and design future state.
• Drive change management and training to standardize processes across SCCU.
• Analyze data with statistical techniques to support re-engineering objectives.
• Design and implement scalable processes and tools across functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma projects and sustain gains.
