Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and strong industrial experience as a Process Engineer.
- 7–10 years of practical manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Experience applying TPS, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Lead methods improvement using industrial engineering techniques and work measurement.
- Develop production layouts using lean principles and value stream mapping.
- Create and maintain process specifications to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Lead quality improvement projects and train associates as needed.
- Assist in New Product Introduction and evaluate manufacturability.
- Oversee maintenance supervision and ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Document projects and maintain records for future reference.
- Coordinate trials for new products and monitor equipment performance.
