Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Process Engineer III to lead process improvements, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on crafting optimized processes, driving change, and delivering measurable performance gains necessary for member-focused services.

The role requires a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, and 8–10 years of process engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC/DFSS).
• CBPP and CMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement using Six Sigma/LEAN to analyze current state and design future state.
• Drive change management and training to standardize and align processes.
• Define metrics and manage projects across cross-functional teams.
• Identify waste and implement opportunities to reduce costs and increase throughput.
• Support development of scalable processes and documentation for teams.
