Job summary

Ralliant in Fairport, NY is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own and drive process improvements across the manufacturing of critical instrumentation used in power transmission and distribution. You will lead Kaizen events, apply DMAIC/6 Sigma, plan equipment layouts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with quality and safety teams to reduce cycle times and improve yields.

A strong background in lean manufacturing and ISO 9001 awareness is required, with hands-on fault finding and CAPA

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience with DMAIC, 6 Sigma, and SPC.
• Strong root cause analysis and CAPA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead area process improvement projects.
• Plan equipment layouts and optimize workflow for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead Kaizen and RBS initiatives with standard work and 5S.
• Mentor engineers and drive CAPA across production.
• Support health, safety, and environmental rules.
