Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, electro-mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with statistical methods and software (Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with process improvement and problem solving (DMAIC, 6, Lean, SPC).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and quality tools (MSA, R&R, PFMEA).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, develop, and determine processes and process improvements for new and existing products.
• Plan and assist in equipment layout and workflow for safe, efficient plant resources.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities with RBS principles.
• Lead development of new methods, tooling, test systems, and machine designs to reduce cycle time.
• Plan, research, design and develop manufacturing engineering projects.
• Own root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, 8D) and drive corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and health/safety rules.
