Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical/statistical problem-solving skills; familiarity with statistics software.
• Proficient with database tools and programming for reporting.
• Experience with DMAIC, 6 Sigma, lean practices; CAPA & root cause analysis.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead area process improvements and project portfolio.
• Develop processes and improvements for new and existing products.
• Plan equipment layout and workflow for safe, efficient resource use.
• Lead Kaizen and RBS-based continuous improvement activities.
• Develop methods, tooling, test systems, and machine designs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Manage manufacturing engineering projects from design to execution.
• Conduct RCA/5 Why/8D and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support health, safety and environmental rules.
