Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to manage technical plant aspects, troubleshoot, control processes, and drive improvements. You will build a stable manufacturing process through data analysis, engineering practices, and Lean methods in a manufacturing setting.

Key tasks include SOP development with operators, process improvements, facilities upkeep, and cross-functional interaction with R&D to advance manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Engineering Management.
• Experience in medium to large-scale chemical manufacturing facility (3–5 years).
• Background in process safety management.
• Experience designing equipment, plants and processes and managing capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with operators to develop SOPs and participate in incident reviews.
• Recommend improvements or redesigns to meet safety, quality and cost goals.
• Provide facilities engineering to maintain and upgrade the plant.
• Plan and direct modifications of existing equipment and facilities.
• Implement engineering standards and maintain the facility accordingly.
• Support R&D to identify development activities for manufacturing processes.
• Use statistics and SPC to confirm plant operations, capability and quality.
• Conduct audits and facility inspections to drive production improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing to drive waste reduction and uptime improvements.
