Abrisa Industrial Glass, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer/Mechanical/Manufacturing to lead the implementation of new products and processes with significant independence. You will manage diverse projects, leverage CAD tools, and drive actionable improvements across manufacturing operations.

Applicants should have a 4-year degree or equivalent, at least 5 years in mechanical/ manufacturing/ process engineering, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience minimum in mechanical/ manufacturing/process engineering.
• Glass fabrication experience in cutting, seaming, machining or screen printing preferred.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in CAD and able to analyze data with precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects for new products and processes.
• Communicate status and roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Plan tasks with clear deadlines for all team members.
• Resolve process and product problems using technical judgment.
• Analyze processes and implement corrective actions or improvements.
• Interface with customers/vendors to obtain information and overcome obstacles.
• Develop and deploy process improvements.
• May travel occasionally to support activities.
