Job summary

Abrisa-Industrial-Glass, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer/Mechanical/Manufacturing with strong independence to propose and manage technical projects, implementing new products and processes. You will perform manufacturing engineering tasks and rely on matrix influence to achieve goals.

The role requires a 4-year degree (preferred) and at least 5 years in mechanical or process engineering, with CAD proficiency and experience in glass fabrication. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical or process engineering experience.
• Glass fabrication knowledge (cutting, seaming, machining, screen printing) preferred.
• Prioritize work orders and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to new products and processes.
• Communicate status and roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Plan tasks with deadlines and ensure team alignment.
• Use technical judgment to resolve process issues.
• Analyze products and processes and recommend improvements.
• Occasionally travel to support initiatives.
