Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Architecture/Engineering Process Practice in the United States. You will work with a team of industry experts to deliver high-quality process solutions for leading clients on capital projects.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing integrated process projects, managing $2M–$10M scopes, and guiding project teams through budgets, schedules, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial project engineering experience.
• Experience in food, dairy, beverage/brewery, or personal care industries preferred.
• Knowledge of process flow diagrams, P&ID, mass & heat balances, piping design, pump sizing, equipment specs, instrumentation and control principles.
• Understanding of sanitary design and construction methods; process electrical/control integration preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; basic project management knowledge; proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated process projects including equipment selection and installation specifications; manage vendor/contractor relationships and construction/start-up support.
• Lead design-build projects ranging from $2M to $10M and manage project budgets, scheduling, and client communications.
• Oversee project engineering, team leadership, and site management/installation support to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support client development and project execution through proposals and presentations.
