Lilly is building a cutting‑edge manufacturing site in Lebanon, Indiana, to produce API molecules for clinical trials. We seek a Process Engineer to support small molecule API production, develop process knowledge, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality systems.

Initial location is Parkwood West in Indianapolis, with permanent work at the Lilly Medicines Foundry. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple teams, process optimization, and regulatory documentation.

Qualifikationen

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical manufacturing, or CMO environment or other relevant batch manufacturing process.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis (no visa sponsorship).

Aufgaben

• The Process Engineer provides technical assessment and support for production operations in process knowledge, equipment support, and process optimization.
• Perform impact and risk assessments for unit operations.
• Learn reactor lab and plant design including automation recipes and procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain records and technical notebooks; produce technical reports and regulatory submissions.
• Develop or review plans and timetables for project work.
