Qualifications

• BS or MS in chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma/biotech/CMO supporting process engineering of API manufacturing or development.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments for equipment and unit operations (chromatography skids, TFF skids, etc.).
• Drive design progression, qualification documentation, and delivery of purification equipment; represent process engineering in Facility Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct equipment walkdowns during commissioning and qualification to identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in automation discussions to ensure proper operation of equipment and processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects; maintain a safety-first mindset and adherence to quality systems.
