Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive innovation and operational excellence across our Fulfillment Centers. This hands-on role focuses on optimizing processes, improving labor standards, and delivering measurable cost savings across sites.

This position is onsite at the Ontario Fulfillment Center, with opportunities to lead capital projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and impactful results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder) and labor reporting systems (MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro).
• Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.

Responsibilities

• Site Planning & Improvement: identify, assess, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: lead projects to close performance gaps and drive measurable results.
• Labor Management: develop and enhance labor standards and productivity systems.
• Methods & Measurement: analyze, document, and standardize distribution methods across sites.
• Expertise & Leadership: act as the local engineering SME and guide teams to high performance.
• Capital Projects: oversee site capital projects from business case to implementation and benefit realization.
• General Site Support: assist with budgeting and resource planning; integrate improvements into future plans.
