Job summary

QVC Group in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive optimization across our fulfillment center operations. You will lead select improvement initiatives, partner with site leadership, and implement labor management discussions to boost efficiency and cost savings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial engineering within distribution, with hands-on experience in major WMS platforms. Travel up to 25% and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within fulfillment or distribution.
Strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems.
Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems and labor reporting systems.
Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.

Responsibilities

Site planning and improvement support with site leadership to identify opportunities.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects to close performance gaps.
Develop and maintain labor standards and productivity systems.
Oversee capital projects from technology assessment to realization.
