Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager, Fulfillment Center Operations to oversee Ontario, California’s distribution team. This onsite role focuses on safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy while guiding exempt and non-exempt staff through shift plans and coaching.

You will analyze operational data, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across departments to ensure reliable service for customers. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or distribution teams.
• Experience using a WMS (Körber/Manhattan/WAMAS or similar).
• Ability to review operational reports and implement corrective actions.
• Experience coaching employees and promoting safe, consistent work practices.
• Strong planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations, assigning and reviewing work to meet productivity, volume, quality, service, and accuracy goals.
• Set daily and weekly priorities, coordinate staffing around operational needs, and support base and flex teams.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance discussions, training, and cross-training.
• Review operational reports, key measures, audits, and error trends; identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Reinforce safe work practices, consistent policy and procedure compliance, and a fair, respectful, engaged team environment.
• Identify and support process improvements and projects that reduce cost, improve speed, and strengthen customer service, quality, and inventory accuracy.
