Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a process-focused engineer to provide technical expertise and daily support for the manufacturing facility in Georgia. You will interact with operations, maintenance, and warehouse teams, design and modify facilities, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and lead process improvements while tracking OEE, yield, and cost metrics.

Qualifications

BS in Chemical Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience in process and project engineering in chemical/manufacturing settings.
Knowledge of OSHA, PSM and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day engineering support to the manufacturing facility.
Lead safety reviews and implement process safety improvements.
Analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and drive optimization.
Develop flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
Train operators and staff on unit operations and changes.
