Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a manufacturing/process engineer focused on safety and continuous improvement at our Minnesota site. The role emphasizes collaboration with operators, safety sign-off capabilities, and technical oversight in QA, process improvements, and documentation updates.

The candidate will support lean initiatives, review materials quality, and help ensure on-time production with updated routers and BOMs. Relocation support may be offered, with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year B.S. degree in Composite or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication with customers, operators, suppliers and support groups.

Responsibilities

• Engage with operators on safety related issues.
• Assist with safe work permitting for TAR or special situational work.
• Provide technical knowledge in PHA, MHA, and MOC; lead PSSRs.
• Review ETQ to identify non conforming materials or customer complaints.
• Review LIMs for product testing results to ensure customer specifications.
• Walk floor to identify safety and production items and coordinate with external support.
