Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Process Engineer in Winder, GA to provide technical engineering support for the manufacturing facility, design and modify equipment, analyze data, and drive process improvements.

You will lead safety reviews, ensure OSHA/PSM compliance, develop P&IDs, train staff, and monitor OEE, yield, and cost metrics; 1–5 years in process/project engineering and a BS in Chemical Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of process and project engineering experience.
• BS Chemical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, PSM.
• Experience with process safety, PHA and MOC.
• Experience in chemical plant design and equipment sizing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support to the manufacturing facility.
• Design and modify facilities; gather and analyze data.
• Lead safety reviews and process hazard analyses.
• Implement process improvements; monitor OEE, yield, cost, and quality.
• Prepare flow diagrams and P&IDs; specify equipment.
• Train operators and maintenance staff.
