Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to drive technical development, design integration, and EPC project execution across North America. You will lead process discipline efforts, guide treatment process selection, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions.

The role targets engineers with 10+ years in the specified markets, proficient in design-build delivery, and willingness to engage in field-ready designs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in process development, conceptual and detailed design in industrial markets.
• 10+ years in increasingly challenging positions and 5+ years leading design teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering leadership for industrial facility design, including process evaluation, selection, and optimization.
• Oversee drawings, specs, PFDs, P&IDs, process simulations, datasheets, and calculations.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multi-project execution.
