Zusammenfassung

Kiewit is seeking Lead Process Engineers to drive technical development, design integration and execution of large EPC projects across North America. You will serve as the process discipline lead on pursuits and projects, guiding treatment process selection and developing design packages for complex industrial facilities.

This role requires 10+ years in process engineering within Renewable Fuels, Mining, Semiconductors or Process Industries, and a desire to mentor junior engineers, collaborate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of process development and design in industrial markets.
• PE registration preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience leading design-build projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for industrial facility design and process evaluation.
• Oversee reports, drawings, specifications (PFDs, P&IDs, simulations).
• Conduct hydraulics modeling and scenario studies.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Lead multi-project coordination and client communications.
• Represent Kiewit in meetings and public hearings.
