Amrize is seeking a Senior Process Engineer CEM to lead plant discussions, analyze data, and drive improvements in throughput, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance at the Ste. Genevieve Cement plant in Missouri.

The role emphasizes translating analyses into practical actions that elevate plant performance and reliability. The candidate should have 5+ years of cement plant experience and proficiency with Excel, Access, IP21, SAP and SPC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cement plant experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, similar disciplines.
• Strong computer expertise in Excel, Access, IP21, SAP, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant discussions and investigations to improve throughput, efficiency, quality and environmental performance.
• Diagnose issues via data analysis and field measurements and develop actionable solutions.
• Coordinate improvement of the plant's technical capabilities with Quality, Production and Maintenance.
• Provide training on new equipment or procedures and mentor CPs in process and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across operations.
