Responsibilities

• Perform mass/heat balances and equipment diagnostics.
• Provide technical guidance to plant personnel and train staff.
• Ensure equipment operates at or above rated capacities while controlling costs.
• Analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause solutions.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams and equipment records.
