Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• MBA or CFA/CPA and matrix organization experience preferred.
• Commitment to compliance with regulations and high integrity.
• Self-starter with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing abilities; cross-functional influence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to work in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant discussions and investigations to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance.
• Provide technical support to production, quality, and environmental functions.
• Analyze operations, processes, and trends using audits and systematic approaches.
• Train plant personnel on new equipment and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and engineering firms on capital projects.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
